Medium Jar – 20 calories for a teaspoon
250 grams of mixed nuts – hazelnuts, Brazil nuts and almonds (without the shell).
1/2 cup of raw cacao powder (preferably with a high percentage of pure cacao)
1 Tablespoon of walnut oil
1 Tablespoon of honey
Some real vanilla extract
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until a smooth paste becomes.
