Berry pancakes full of health

Easy to make, healthy and delicious!

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

20 pancakes medium sized 60 calories per serving

The ingredients-
1 Cup of small sliced ​​berries, another option is defrosted and squeezed well berries.
2 tablespoons of honey
1 Cup self-rising flour
1 Cup of whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons of ground sesame seeds (preferably whole sesame)
3 tablespoons of wheat germ
3 tablespoons of oat bran
1 Teaspoon of baking powder
1 Spoon of a thin brown sugar
2 eggs
A glass of water
Half a cup of milk

Preparation –
Mix all the fruits with the honey, lightly whipped eggs, milk and water.
Mix well.
Mix all the dry ingredients separately.
Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture and mix well (it’s optional to mix in a food mixer because it’s important that the mixture will be a lump-free).
Heat a large pan, coated with a tiny bit of oil (use a paper or a silicone brush to spread a thin coat of oil on the pan)
Use a ladle to pour a bit of mixture in the pan (one bit of a ladle will be enough to make one pancake.
You can make several pancakes at once.
when bubbles appear over the pancakes and become holes, flip the pancake to the other side.
Fry until the pancakes are golden.
Serve hot with a real maple syrup (you can find it in healthy natural shops, most of the time sold in glass bottles). Do not use the substitute fake syrup which is nothing but a fake.
