Cauliflower pie

The milk and eggs are an excellent source of protein, and therefore the use of them in this pie, is a great substitute for meat.
You can add a potato and get a pie which is a full meal.
8 servings, 100 calories per serving

 

 

 

 

The Ingredients-
A cauliflower or a bag of frozen cauliflower
3 eggs
¼ cup flour
2 cups cottage cheese 5%
1 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation-
If using fresh cauliflower Rinse the cauliflower, clean it, and cut into small flowers.
If using defrosted frozen cauliflower, put it in a bowl covered with water for 10 minutes, Then drain the cauliflower and cut into small flowers.
Beat the eggs in a bowl.
Add flour, cottage cheese and spices.
Mix well.
Add the cauliflower and stir again.
Shift to a round or square 25-26 size slightly greased.
Bake in an oven set to a medium heat, for about an hour or until golden (and the pie face is springy to touch).
