One serving 250 calories

The Ingredients-

1 cup of yogurt or a White Diet yogurt

Tablespoon of flax seed

Tablespoon of oat bran

Tablespoon of wheat germ

Tablespoon ground sesame seeds

Fresh fruit

2 dried fruits like apricot, plum, and fig. another alternative- two tablespoons of raisins or dried cranberries.

 

Preparation-

Mix all the ingredients in a big bowl.
