Warm punch

Punch is a great drink, is also suitable for Hanukkah and New Year’s Eve, or just for serving guests who arrived on a rainy day.
To reduce the amount of alcohol (and calories) you can use more fruits and spices.
Twenty servings – 115 calories each

The Ingredients-
Dry red wine
Sweet red wine (you can use various dessert wines)
a shot of Vodka
3-4 tea bags, preferably apple or lemon flavor. A better option is to use a few tablespoons of a great infusion tea.
4 tablespoons sugar
Tablespoon of whole cloves grains
Tablespoon of cardamom seeds
a large lemon
1 Orange
1 Apple
50 grams of raisins
Fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
2 teaspoons of cinnamon
3-4 cups of water

Preparation-
Slice the lemon and orange to thin round slices.
Peel the apple and cut into cubes.
Dip the tea bags 10 minutes in a cup of boiling water and pour the tea (without the tea bags) in a large pot.
Add water, lemon, orange, apple, raisins, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, sugar and the lemon juice to the pot.
Cook until the liquid is boiling.
Lower the heat and cook for 30 minutes more, with the pot partially covered.
Add the wine and cook for 10 minutes more, on low heat, without boiling.
Fix the spices to taste.
Serve hot in a nice punch glass jar and cups.
