The Ingredients-

1 kg mixed minced meat of chicken and turkey

1 Egg

4 tablespoons of oat bran

1/2 cup of chopped pitted olives

1/2 cup of chopped parsley

2 crushed garlic cloves or 2 diced of frozen garlic (thawed)

Salt and pepper to taste

Spices as – Cumin, sweet paprika and kebab seasoning mix (optional)

Preparation-

mix the meat, egg, oat bran, olives and parsley in a large bowl.

Add the garlic cloves and other spices you choose, and mix well.

Make flat patties with a diameter of about 4 cm.

It’s recommend to hold the kebab patties for about an hour in the fridge before cooking.

On a BBQ:

Place the kebab patties on a hot BBQ, a few minutes on each side.

In an oven:

Place the kebab patties on a baking tray, lined, with baking paper underneath.

Put the tray in a preheated oven to 180 ° C, about 10 minutes on each side, until each kebab patty whitens.

Please do not bake or grill for a long time, which can make the meat dry.
