Raspberry Vinegar

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Food can be seasoned with vinegar or gargle in cases of cough or sore throat.

 

Ingredients-

500 g of fruit
1 liter of wine vinegar

Preparation-
Put a big closed glass jar, of both fruits and vinegar, by the windowsill, for two weeks. Occasionally stir.
Possible to drain the fruits when ready.
