One of the best ways to reduce the amount of calories in our salad dressing, is preparing yogurt-based sauce instead of oil or mayonnaise base.

 

The Ingredients-
1 Yogurt Cup
Crushed clove of garlic
2 tablespoons of fresh herbs (according to taste) – basil, rosemary, tarragon, dill, etc.
Salt and pepper

 

Preparation-
Mix all sauce ingredients.
Pour over the salad.
You can keep the sauce for several days refrigerated.
