Very easy to make and a very colorful and impressive dish.
6 servings 40 calories per serving
¼ cup of sesame seeds
2 tablespoons of olive oil
4 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
2 crushed cloves of garlic
Salt to taste
Wash and peel the carrots and zucchinis.
Slice them with a peeler to a very thin papers (like peeling them).
that will creat thin slices which are rolled a bit.
Place the strips on a serving plate.
In a dry pan roast the sesame seeds over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
Sprinkle the sesame seeds on top of the vegetables.
In a closed jar or shaker, Mix all the other ingredients for the dressing.
Shake well and pour over the salad before serving.
