Tarator cold yogurt soup

A cold Greek yogurt soup.

A great way to cool off this summer or diversify your dinner.

5 servings; 120 calories and 240 mg calcium per serving

 

 

 

 

The ingredients-

3 cucumbers

4 tablespoons of dill leaves

1 tablespoon of lemon juice

1 liter of goat’s or sheep drinking yoghurt

2 crushed cloves of garlic

1 tablespoon of olive oil

½ teaspoon of sugar

½ teaspoon of salt

White pepper to taste

Chives for decoration

 

Preparation-

Rinse the cucumbers, remove the sides of the cucumber and chop very finely.

Chop the dill leaves very thin as well.

Mix the yogurt with all the ingredients.

Serve in bowls and garnish with chopped chives on top.
