Three nuts chicken

The finest low fat part of the chicken combined with the healthy fat of the nuts.
The combination of the three nuts brings a collection of very healthy fat acids, and the short stir-fry not infringe any nutritional value.

4 servings – 270 calories per serving

The Ingredients-
2 sliced onions
600 grams of fat-cleaned chicken breast, sliced ​​to Schnitzel and diced (ask the butcher to do all the work for you)
80 grams of mixed nuts – walnuts, cashews and pecans untoasted
4 tablespoons of soy sauce
4 tablespoons of Patai sauce (available in stores for the Far East and supermarkets)

Preparation-
Slice the onions and stir-fry it without oil in a wok, until golden.
Add the chicken pieces and stir until chicken whitens.
Add the sauces and nuts.
stir and toss for 2 more minutes, until all chicken slices are covered by sauce.
In order to make sure the chicken is ready, make a cut in one of the chicken slices, it should be completely white.
Serve hot.
